We live in very difficult and challenging times.  Many of us are worried, anxious, and stressed.  Maybe you're overwhelmed by pressures at home and at work, or perhaps facing a serious health challenge, like cancer, diabetes, or heart disease.   Whatever your situation, Reiki (RAY-key) can help you cope, restore balance, and ease your distress.   And, Reiki is good for healthy people, too.  If you perfectly healthy, and just want to stay that way, Reiki treatments can optimize your health and well-being.

So, what is Reiki?  Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-invasive healing practice that is done with a light touch on the body in a pattern that promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction and healing.  Reiki is a complementary therapy that doesn't interfere with conventional medical treatments.  In fact, Reiki is offered to patients in numerous, well-known hospitals and clinics throughout the United States, because it promotes a return to wellness.

I'm a Reiki Master Teacher who has been practicing Reiki since 1999.  I've worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, healthy and not, and look forward to sharing Reiki's many benefits with you.  Reiki has changed my life, and I know it will make a positive difference in yours. 

Currently, I am on sabbatical and not taking new clients or teaching Reiki.  However, I'm leaving my website up as a resource for those seeking information about Reiki.
